A: Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Custom-made jewelry orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

A: Delivery time depends on your location and whether the item is in stock or custom-made. Standard orders typically ship within 3-7 business days, while custom pieces may take 2-4 weeks.

Q: Will I have to pay customs fees?
A: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns on unworn, non-custom jewelry within 14 days of delivery. Custom and engraved pieces are non-refundable.

A: Yes! We offer one free resizing for rings within 30 days of purchase (excluding eternity bands). Additional resizing may incur a fee.
