1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Custom and made-to-order jewelry may require additional processing time, typically 3-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

3. International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide to most countries. International shipping rates vary based on location.
  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more details.
  • Some countries may have restrictions on importing jewelry or precious metals. Please verify before placing an order.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or carrier issues.
  • If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us at admin@ceylonbrillianceco.com, and we will assist you in tracking your order.

6. Address & Shipping Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.

8. Changes & Cancellations

  • If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once processing begins, changes may not be possible.
