  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery, unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all packaging, tags, and certificates.
  • Custom & Engraved Orders: Custom-made, engraved, or resized jewelry is non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns and exchanges.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions.
